FemTech Leeds is connecting businesses across Leeds and West Yorkshire with local health tech, wellbeing and women's health founders looking for workplaces to test their products and services.

For businesses
You don't need a dedicated wellbeing team or a big benefits budget to do more for your people's health.
Join our interested list and we'll introduce you to local founders offering workplace trials across areas including women's health, menopause, fertility, maternal wellbeing, mental wellbeing, chronic conditions and preventative health.
How it works
Join the interested list. There's no commitment. It simply tells us you're open to hearing about opportunities.
See what's available. Each month, we'll share a short selection of founders and products looking for workplaces to work with.
Find something that fits. Interested in one? We'll send you more information about the founder, their product and what a workplace trial could involve.
Run the trial. The founder will work with you to onboard your team and deliver the trial. A typical trial might run for around eight weeks and include workshops or additional support.
Tell us what you thought. We'll ask you and your team for feedback and, where appropriate, work with you and the founder to create a case study.
There's no cost to join and no obligation to take anything further after a trial. If you find an opportunity you're interested in, we'll introduce you to the founder so you can agree the trial directly, including any internal approvals or checks your organisation requires.

For founders
Building a great health product is one thing. Proving how it works with real people in a real workplace is another.
Support your team gives health tech, wellbeing and women's health founders across Leeds and West Yorkshire a route into local workplaces that are actively interested in trying something new.
How it works
List your product or service. Tell us what you've built, who it's for and what you'd like to test.
Reach local employers. We'll include suitable opportunities in the regular summaries we send to participating businesses.
Get introduced. When a business is interested, we'll connect you directly.
Design and deliver your trial. You decide what works for your product. Around eight weeks, an onboarding session and a topical workshop can provide a useful starting point, but the format is flexible.
Build the evidence. You'll collect structured feedback from the trial and we'll work with you and the participating business to turn the results into a published case study.
You'll leave with real-world feedback, evidence you can use to develop your product and, potentially, a longer-term relationship with the business.

There are brilliant health and wellbeing products being built here in Leeds and West Yorkshire.
There are also businesses that want to do more to support their people but don't necessarily have the time, budget or internal expertise to find and test new solutions.
We're bringing the two together.
