Welcome to FemTech North, including FemTech Leeds. By engaging with our events, website or community, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

FemTech North”, “we”, “our” or “us” refers to FemTech North, including FemTech Leeds, operated by Bagna Marketing Ltd.

“You” refers to any individual engaging with our events, website or community.

“Events” refers to any workshops, meetups, sessions or activities organised by FemTech North.

2. Registration and participation

Some events require registration. Where applicable, tickets must be valid and payment completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations where necessary.

3. Conduct

We are building a respectful and inclusive community.

You agree to engage in a way that is professional and respectful. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a disruptive, inappropriate or harmful way.

4. Fees and payments

Where events are paid:

  • Fees will be clearly stated

  • Payment must be completed to confirm your place

  • Refunds will follow the terms outlined at the time of booking

5. Intellectual property

Content shared through FemTech North events, including talks and materials, remains the property of the original creators unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

6. Media

By attending events, you agree that images, video or audio recordings may be captured and used by FemTech North for communication and promotion.

If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in advance.

7. Confidentiality

We encourage open discussion, but ask all participants to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during events.

8. Liability

Participation in events is at your own risk.

FemTech North is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Loss or damage to personal property

Where applicable, our liability is limited to any fees paid.

9. Changes and cancellations

We may update event details, including speakers, venues or schedules.

If an event is cancelled, any refunds will follow the stated policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
